There are 4 burble levels available. With some feedback from our Beta testers we have also added "Burble OFF Mode" for those of you who want to remain in Sport and Sport + without burbles active.

Using Cruise Control buttons and BC button

Note

Only available for F-Series B46, B48 and B58 vehicles using select software versions. Support for more is on the way!

  1. Hold the FAR UP button on the rocker switch for 2 seconds. Check Engine Light (CEL) will flash (blinking at a medium speed) (indicating burble selection mode is active)

  2. UP and DOWN buttons on the rocker switch will change RPM to reflect burble level

  3. Select your burble level by pressing the RESUME or BC button (CEL will turn off and state will be updated)

Burble Levels:

  • 0 RPM - Default Mode – Aggressiveness level depends on your slider positions.

  • 1000 RPM - Level 1 - This level will be equivalent to the aggressiveness at 20%.

  • 2000 RPM - Level 2 - This level will be equivalent to the aggressiveness at 40%.

  • 3000 RPM - Level 3 - This level will be equivalent to the aggressiveness at 70%.

  • 4000 RPM - Burble OFF - Burbles will now be fully deactivated.

There is a ~10 second timeout which will cancel your selection if no buttons are pressed. If the selection menu times out, the map slot will not be adjusted and no changes will be saved.

This option is also available for stock maps and custom tunes with the purchase of a flashing license.

  • The car must be above 50-degree coolant temperature and engine running for longer than ~30 seconds for burbles to activate.

  • The burble level adjusted by the Aggressiveness Slider during your last OTS map flash will be the default aggressiveness adjustment without any of the above-mentioned selections. This "default" mode will be activated each time when vehicle is started after sleep mode.Engine must be running (more than 30 seconds from start when using

All Gen 2 β€œon-the-fly" options are in development, however, can be adjusted just before a reflash (15 -20 second when using ENET).

Important notes for Custom Code v5.4 and earlier:

  • CEL will blink twice quickly when enabled and solid when default settings are restored.

  • Drive Mode must be enabled; manual mode deactivates the selection process.

  • You must press the MSA button the required number of times within 2.5 seconds for it to be a valid selection.

Using MSA button

Default Mode – To switch back to your stock/default settings in any Mode (ECU, Comfort, Sport, Sport+) and push the MSA button six times within 2.5 seconds. The Check Engine Light will blink solid as the confirmation.

Level 1 - Switch to ECO Mode via the Driver Experience Switch and push the MSA button four times within 2.5 seconds. The Check Engine Light will blink twice as the confirmation. Then you must return to Sport Mode or Sport Mode+ to hear the changes.

Level 2 - Switch to Comfort Mode via the Driver Experience Switch and push the MSA button four times within 2.5 seconds. The Check Engine Light will blink twice as the confirmation. Then you must return to Sport Mode or Sport Mode+ to hear the changes.

Level 3 - Switch to Sport Mode via the Driver Experience Switch and push the MSA button four times within 2.5 seconds. The Check Engine Light will blink twice as the confirmation. The changes should be heard immediately, given that you are already in Sport Mode, where burbles are active.

Burble OFF - Switch to Sport Mode+ via the Driver Experience Switch and push the MSA button four times within 2.5 seconds. The Check Engine Light will blink twice as the confirmation.
