MG Flasher offers an Encryption Tool for authorized dealers/tuners. This allows tunes to be encrypted, and locked to a specific VIN. The online Encryption Tool also provides a DTC Removal tool:

Simply upload the full 8mb custom tune with the full VIN number (It is case sensitive). You will then be provided with the encrypted file that should be uploaded to the end user’s phone. In the MG Flasher app, go to Custom Flash, upload, and select the encrypted file. The file will then appear in the list of selectable files to flash. The MG Flasher app will only allow flashing of the vehicle with a matching VIN.

When accessing the portal for the first time, you will need to sign up for an account. Please use either the email associated with your MG Flasher account, or the Google/Apple Authentication options. You will need to use this login method each time you wish to use the service.
