MG Flasher has been built from the ground up with reliability and performance in mind. Technical support staff are ready to help with any issues you may have, available most weekdays. MG Flasher’s performance software satisfaction guarantee covers the 14-day period after purchase to the original Client for a hassle-free experience.

For all refund requests, please contact the original place of purchase (MG Flasher Dealer). If the order was placed directly at http://shop.mgflasher.com , then please email MG Flasher Support at info@mgflasher.com. Include your order number, VIN, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be returned in the original form of payment, subject to processing fees.

MG Flasher ENET Wi-Fi adapters are eligible for replacements only and are considered final sale.

Refunds may only be issued after the ECU has been flashed to stock and the last flash has been synced with MG Flasher servers.

If the MG Flasher Performance Software is overwritten by the manufacturer or repair shop, MG Flasher will happily reinstall it for you, pending software availability. In such cases, installation charges may apply and will vary between dealers.

ECUs with high security software that require bench tools to unlock are not subject for MG Flasher ENET adapter returns. Dealers may offer bench unlocking services for an additional charge, which will vary between dealers.

MG Flasher reserves the right to refuse any refund requests if it is judged to be inappropriate or dishonest.
